Noreen M. Orr (nee Fenlon), Age 85, Born into Eternal Life on August 30, 2024. Beloved wife of 53 years to the late John T. Orr, C.F.D. Loving mother of Jack, the late Kathleen Orr-McDonald (Phil), Mary (Mike) Keenan, Eileen (Bill) Riggio, the late Albert, Noreen (Bart) Rohan, William (Hilda), Robert (Rozanne), and the late Thomas Orr. Dear "Nonnie" of Nicole (PJ), Luke, Katie (Brandon), Kathleen, Julieann, Aileen, Marypat, Danny, Theresa, Kaylee, Fiona, Liam, William, Nate, Andy, Maura, Jackie, Megan, Blanca, and Luis. Proud "GiGi" of Xavier, Gus, Morgan, Cameron, MacKenzie, Millie, and Madison. Devoted sister of the late Peter (Pat) Fenlon, Joan (the late Jack) Barrett, and the late Catherine (Mike) McElligott. Dear sister-in-law of the late James Orr, C.P.D. Ret. (the late Susan). Fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Noreen loved family gatherings and celebrations of all kinds, and always filled the room with laughter. She was one of a kind.
