Hi Virginia,

Eugene and I send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. We used to be your neighbors when you lived on Hermitage. We rented the first floor from John Rak. I was very surprised to see Nick's picture in the paper. Our family loved his smile and his laugh. He was a very kind person. Our prayers are with you. You were blessed to have a wonderful man as your husband.
