My prayers are with Nick's family. I had the pleassure of working with Nick for a few years at IBM and he was always a gentlemen and considerate co-worker and friend. I was hoping he'd have a well-deserved long and enjoyable retirement from IBM. He was a fine man and will be missed by many.

As someone who had the privilege of working with Nick for a number of years at IBM, I am very saddened by his passing. Most of all I will miss Nick's gentle wisdom, his patience and his ability to always see the positive side of life. Working with him was a joy and he will be sorely missed. I send my heartfelt condolences to Dorothy and the rest of the family.

My deepest sympathy and condolences on the loss of Nick. I had the distinct pleasure of working with him at IBM over many years and in different roles. Nick was always thoughtful and focused on doing the right thing. Not only did I consider him a colleague, but also a beloved friend. I am deeply saddened to hear about Nick's passing. Like many, I never met him in person, but was on calls with him on a regular basis and emailed with him frequently. It was truly a pleasure to have worked with him the past few years. Your family is in my prayers.

Our loss is Heaven's gain. Nick was truly a joy for those of us who were privileged to work at his side. Less than a month ago I was on a call with several of our IBM Canadian counterparts and we were all signing Nick's praises in his absence. The unsolicited praise speaks to the job he consistently did and the broad shadow he cast. Grace, peace and mercy to the family he leaves behind.

Dorothy & Family - I have worked with Nick over the last few years at IBM. It was always a pleasure to hear his laughter and to speak with him about remodeling your house! My thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Dorothy,
I was very sorry to hear of Nicks' passing. We go back many years at IBM and most recently as he contracted in the Business Partner group. I last spoke to Nick a month or two ago ago and he was happy the kitchen renovation was complete and looked forward to getting everything back "to normal". He is an inspiration to us all and I will miss our conversations and his guidance.

My prayers and thoughts are with you. Nick will be truely missed.

Sincerely,
Kathy Church

Dorothy,
I was shocked to hear of Nick's passing. He was a good guy. I saw him last at the Palisades in 1996. Many of our team in Omaha had worked with him and all had good things to say. Hope you are doing well.

Dear Dorothy,
My sympathy to you and your family. Nick touched a lot of lives at IBM and is always remembered fondly. When I told my husband of his passing, even he remembered and said, "He was one of the good guys, wasn't he?" Indeed. Nick was a treasured blessing and we will truly miss him.

I never met Nick. He was just a voice on the phone to me. When I came back to work with IBM in July of 2008, Nick was very helpful to me in getting started in my new job. I appreciated all of his assistance, and I enjoyed our weekly calls. My condolences to the Julian Family. I pray that your Faith will be of comfort to you.

Dorothy,

Nick was always someone you could count on to have a positive thing to say, and to help others find the best in any situation as well. This was true even in his final weeks... where his strength, courage and faith were evident to many of us at IBM. May God help you and your family find peace in this very difficult time.
