Fell, Neuman "Red" Lifelong resident of Highland Park. Proud owner with his brothers of The Fell Company, beloved husband of 60 years of the late Babette "Babs" Fell nee Geisenberger, devoted father of Harold "Happy" (Adair) Fell, David (Amy Zussman) Fell and the late Judy (Barry Okun) Fell, proud grandfather of Lauren and Sarah Fell, cherished brother of the late Abe (the late Eleanor) Fell, the late Jake (the late Reva) Fell and the late Fred (the late Pearl) Fell. Services Tuesday, 1 p.m., at Temple Jeremiah, 937 Happ Road, Northfield. Interment Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory to Brooklyn Public Library-Judith Fell Memorial Series, 10 Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, NY 11238 would be appreciated. David: My deepest condolences. Your dad was a standout. The world and all the Northshore was lucky to know him and be his friend. You know, my relationship goes back to when I was in grammer school. You have paid him great tribute by carring on his high ethics and standards. By continuing to do so will continue to honor his memory. If I wasn't in France you know I would attend the service. Please extend my deepest condolences to the entire family.
