Son, Brother, Son-In-Law and Dear Friend. Nestor "#1 Hockey Dad" Garza. Mr. Garza 34, of Odessa passed away Saturday March
23,2013 at Medical Center Hospital. He was Born January 25, 1979 in Floydada, Texas to Joe Lewis (Louie) Garza and Josephine
Johnston. He united in marriage to the love of his life Gloria Yvette Pena September 30, 1996 here in Odessa and to this unification
were born 3 beautiful boys. He was a Christian and a Swamper at Dale Myers Trucking. He is preceded in death by Father; Joe
Lewis Garza, Paternal Grandparents; Martin & Amelia Garza of Floydada, Texas. Mr.. Garza is survived by the Love of his life; Gloria
Yvette Garza of Odessa, Sons; Nathanael Rey Garza, Christian Anthony Garza, and Matthew Daylan Garza all of Odessa. In-Laws;
Martin & Norma Pena of Odessa, Texas. Brother-in-law; George Pena (Kassy) of Odessa, Texas. Mother; Josephine Johnston &
Step-Father; Elpidio Diaz of Penitas, Texas, Sisters; Monica Jo Arriola, Valerie Diaz both of La Joya, Texas & A host of Nieces,
Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Many Friends. We the Family, would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere
gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most
difficult time. A special thanks to Dale Myers Trucking. May God Bless You All Abundantly. Pallbearers will be Martin Pena, George
Pena, Joe Martinez, Abraham Pena Jr., James Johnston, Donnie Margettie, Freddy Cisneros, and A.J. Ramirez. A Rosary will be
recited at 7pm today Thursday March 28, 2013 at Odessa Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2pm Friday March 29, 2013 at
Second Baptist Church 711 E. 17th St. with Pastor: Randy Duckett officiating. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Nestor you will be missed. You always knew how to put a smile on someone's face even when things were rough for some of us. Lots of time has past since i seen you last we had lots of good times, and went thru a lot the friendship we shared was unforgettable. I pray for your family that they are comforted at this time in their lives. Give Gloria the strength to go forward for you all's boys. Gloria just remember that now you have an angel watching over your family, but he can only do so much so make yourself strong for the 4 of you. my condolences go out to you and your family.
