Miss ya Nate! It's hard to believe you left us all of these years ago. You still pop up in my mind when thinking of so many bands that we loved together (Zappa, Mahavishnu, Return to Forever, etc. etc.) as well as some of your hilarious stage banter (gonna go take a "pause for the cause"). Miss you bud!

Nate was taken way too early,but he's up there jammin' with Frank Zappa,Stevie Ray Vaughan and Hendrix.Bye buddy.

I lit a candle at church tonight. Both Mike an I were sorry to hear the news, from our daughter. You are in a much better, safe place, singing "Only the young Die first' I hope you had some fun haning out with us and staying with us on Indian Rocks beach. Miss you.. Lots of Love xxoo

Nate, I will NEVER forget your clever witticisms and in-between song banter. I will NEVER forget our ability to talk for *hours* on Zappa, politics, music, Zappa... You were always very passionate and you will NOT be forgotten! Love you Nate! You truly knew what it meant to "put the eyebrows on it"! Miss you already...

Very sorry to hear about Nathan. The last time we spoke he sounded strong and optimistic. I have many fond memories from our childhood.

Naty will always be my little cousin. So glad we got to spend some time together in recent years. A talented musician, a dear man. I remember him as the world's cutest baby, the one I accidentally dropped trying to get him out of his high chair (I was six). I remember visiting our grandmother when she watched him after school and how much she loved (and tormented with love) that special child.

I remember him at eleven, introducing him to my husband's cousin who taught him to pop hubcaps off parked cars. I remember Naty playing the harmonica with the band at my daughter's wedding. And best of all, I remember sitting in his apartment, enjoying so many wonderful musical compositions and videos of performances. As a musically inept member of the family, I was in awe of him.

Nate's mother Lila Harriman died when he was but a toddler, after her fight with the very same cancer. His life was not easy but it was rich and productive. We love and miss you, Naty.

Sorry to hear the news of Nate. A great fun guy.
