My sympathy to all of Nar's family. I last saw him at his wife Mary's funeral.I was told of his death before arrangements were made. I watched for a death notice, but there wasn't one in the north suburb edition. I thought the funeral had been delayed. He was a great man.-- Fr. Bill Flaherty

My deepest condolences to you, Nar's family. I knew Nar from our time together on the Parish Council at Infant. Since then, I always enjoyed seeing him at church, and visiting with him at the St. Joseph Table. He contributed much to our parish and community. I will miss him.

Dear Family of Nar,
Nar was a very nice and kind man. You guys are lucky to have such and generous family member in your life. But just remember, everytime you feel sad that you are missing Nar, remind yourself, he is in a better place. God took Nar for a special reason. One day you will see him again.

With all of my sympathy,

We were Nar's neighbors. My daughters both love airplanes and liked hearing Nar tell us some of his flying stories; he spent an afternoon showing my oldest daughter some of his photos and war memorabilia. He was so kind and gentle and we will miss him. Our condolences to his family

To All,

I am sorry for your loss. Your father was a great man. I am sure you will miss him greatly. The last time I saw him was when he was in Connecticut with your Mom, Aunt Betty and Cathy. He came over for dinner at my house and we had a lovely time!

He was a great friend to my family.
He helped my Mother greatly when my brother was killed in the accident.
I will remember that kindness forever.

Condolences to all of you on the loss of your father.

To Nar's Family -
I first met Nar and Mary at the old 9:30 "underground" Cafiteria Mass and was always impressed by their friendship and integrity. I would often see Nar and Mary around IJP - and then, sadly, - only Nar, but was always greeted warmly. Nar and I spoke briefly only a bit more than a week ago so I am very saddened by his passing.
May you all be comforted by the sure and certain hope of the Resurection. May God continue to Bless Nar and you all
