To the Oshinski family;
I was sad to see that Nancy had departed. She was a lovely and very generous lady. I worked with her for many years when she was a Foster Parent to new born babies. She generously gave each and every child she cared for all the TLC she had in her to make a difference in their life. She will truly be missed.
