Hi Tom and family. It was so nice getting to speak with you on Friday, Tom, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the lengths to which you've gone to send us your Christmas card! Nini was a member of the consulting group in our MBA class and was adored by us all. Dan and I have very fond memories and will always cherish them. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you always.

Dear Tom and the Lyman family,
We were so saddened to learn of Nini's loss, and we are sorry never to have met you all. Nini worked for me at Merrill Lynch and then we did consulting together in New York after our unit was closed. My family and I have great memories of her and fondly recall our association. Please accept our sincere condolences and know that Nini's spirit will live on in the lives of those that she touched with her warmth and caring.

Dear Tom,
I have just opened your Christmas card and gasped. I am sorry we have never met; Nini and I went through the Morgan Stanley training program in the memorable crash of 87 and were great friends through our banking days. Every time I wear a particular necklace I bought with Nini in NYC I think of her. We stayed in touch all these years; she visited us in London once and we had a great time together. I am so sorry that you and your lovely children - all of who resemble Nini - will have to face the future without her. If you ever come to London, please look us up so that I can meet this wonderful man she loved and her gorgeous children.
Our thoughts are with you and the kids... Carrie, Byron, Michael and Ben Coombs

I met Nina a few years ago through her working coaching our architectural association. Through her efforts we were able to go out and help people expand and elevate their lives and the lives of their familes. My condolences on your loss and my thanks to you in sharing Nina long enough for her to help a lot of other people.

Dear Lyman & Stoll Family,
The Tribune article just happened to catch my attention on the train today and I was saddened by your loss, not realizing at first any connection until I read that Nini was a Stoll -- John Stoll was a good friend in high school in Toledo, and I fondly recall his siblings everywhere when I visited their house. Please extend my condolences to John and to your entire family. Sincerely,

Dear Tom, Tommy, Bridget and Stephanie:
I am so sorry to hear about your wife and Mom. I had the privledge of getting to know all of you through the Main Show at the Winnetka Childrens Fair. Nini was a wonderful dancer, and choregraphed such darling dances for the children. She was so proud of all of you, as you did such great performances. She was the biggest help I had in the whole show. I did'nt know her for very long, but I cared about her. God Bless all of you

Our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to all of Nini's family. What a terrible loss; she was indeed one of the "Wonder Women" as a friend and fellow cancer traveler described her. While we do not know many of the family, we do know Margie; to all of you we send our condolences and our hopes for peace and understanding. That does not take away the pain, we know, nor can we truly understand, but we are so very sorry.
