Nancy Hawkes Obituary

Hawkes, Nancy (nee Parliament), age 79, of Glenview, formerly of Deerfield, passed away June 30, 2008. Beloved wife of Albert Kilgour Hawkes, loving mother of Grace (Peter) Nielsen of Bend, Oregon, Emily (Richard) Bland of Stowe, Vermont and the late John (Letty) Hawkes of Glenview, cherished grandmother of Sarah, Geoffrey and Samuel Nielsen, Claire, Susan and George Hawkes and Zachary, Alexandra and Theodore Bland, dear sister of Bette Jane (Robert) Kohn of Highland Park, aunt of Edward (Pelin) Kohn, the late Carrie Lynn Kohn and many other Hawkes' nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 9th, at 1 p.m., at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church, corner of Deerfield and Wilmot Roads, Deerfield, IL. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Gregory's Missions Board, 815 Wilmot Rd. Deerfield, IL, 60015.
