Nancy Calderone Obituary

Calderone, Nancy Romano age 60, died Saturday, October 16, 2004, in LaPorte Hospital, of natural causes. Born in Chicago on February 27, 1944, to Frank and Julia (Hibbs) Dabkovich. Survivors include: son, Ignatius "Skip" (Melody) Calderone of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughter, Denean (John) Calderone-O'Banion of Fish Lake, IN; son, Mikie Calderone of Michigan City, IN; three grandchildren, John, Alex and Nathan; brother, Frank "Butch" Dabkovich of Chicago; eight step-children, Rosemary Bonilla, Kelly Hopp, Vito Jr., Frank, Jim, Nick, Ron and Joe Romano, many step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by infant brother and her parents. Member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Fish Lake. Visitation Tuesday, from 4 to 5 p.m., at Cutler Funeral Home, in LaPorte, IN, Rev. Ian William officiating. Memorial service to follow at 5 p.m. Interment Salem Cemetery at a later time. Memorials may be sent to the Guillain-Barre Foundation, P.O. Box 262, Wynnewood, PA, 19096 or American Cancer Association. Family and friends may leave condolences and sign register book at www.cutlerfuneral.com
