Sotonoff Ph.D, Morris L. Professor of Chemistry and Earth Science at Chicago State University. 55. Beloved son of the late Minnie and Martin Sotonoff, loving brother of the late Sherwin (Patricia) Sotonoff, dear nephew of Gertrude Cotler, proud uncle of Melissa Sotonoff, Marcia (Patrick) Donahue and Matthew Sotonoff. Graveside services Thursday, 2 p.m., at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery, (Gate 276), 18th & Harlem, Forest Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory to the American Brain Tumor Assn., 2720 River Rd., Suite 146, Des Plaines, IL, 60018, would be appreciated. I was saddened to hear of the passing. I have many happy memories of being with Morry and Sherwin at a number of family events- My father always got a kick out of him and he always helped out with things when I was younger-this was during the time he was teaching at Notre Dame High School-specifically with my debate team and with boy scouts-he was an important part of my youth and I will miss him. However he is once again with Marty and Sheldon and Sherwin and Minnie and Eva and Fay and God only knows what they are cooking up-
