I just found out that Monte had passed away; I am so sorry that this is six months late. I met Monte in April of 1984, we had many fun times together. Monte was a lot of fun, very loving and I always felt safe when I was with him. He has always had a special place in my heart even though we lost touch many years ago. I remember the phone call I got when he found out he was going to be a dad. He was so excited. I would like to talk to anyone who could fill me in on his life the past few years.
My condolences go out to his family; I can only imagine what a loss it is to lose such a wonderful spirit.

Christine, Mary, GiGi & family....
Please know that you are all in my prayers! I'm so sorry that I did not know that Monte had passed away before now. Monte was a very wonderful friend of mine, we shared many laughs together!! We shopped many time for ice fishing gear, and Christie you must know that your dad spoke of you all the time, his love for you was beyond imaginable amounts. I will greatly miss not getting the occasional phone call to ask me how I'm doing or the occasional drop in during my lunch to say hi and bring over a burger from Burger King. I always called on him for advice and 9 times out of 10 he was right. I'm looking forward to seeing him again someday in heaven. I can hear him laughing right now and I'm sure he is spending all of his time with a fishing pole in hand.
Once again please know that you are all in my prayers, and my deepest sympathy goes out to all of you, my only wish is that I could have been there as support for you Christie during that time, and I would have, had I known what happened. Contact me anytime you need to talk Christine, 651-983-8431.

Christine,
Always know that you were the very apple of your dads eyes! He always did the best he could do for you. I remember one time when i was talking to Monte on the phone for about 2 hours of so... you had went off some where (with your free spirit!!) and he called looking for his baby! He and I talked about you for 2 hours. He has the ultimate love for you Christine! He told me on the phone that it always made him feel better to hear your voice, not to know if you were okay...but so that he was. He knew you could take care of yourself...you got that from him! So make sure that you pray to him a lot(so he can hear your voice). He was a wonderful man. One who is surly missed!

Monte was my dad. He was the best father a daughter could ask for. He was always there when I needed him and also when I didn't. He always knew what was best for me. I remember while growing up that our favorite times together was when we were fishing. He taught me to catch like a pro. I will always have these memories with me and will always think of him now when I go fishing. He taught me a lot of things in life, most important how to take care of myself and be self-reliable. I didn't get to see him this summer before the accident, but I know that he is with god watching down. And even though he won't be here in person to watch his grandson,
(Hunter Jay Browning) grow up, he is always with us in spirit. I will miss him so much but I know that one day I will see him again. I love and miss you dad.

WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT MORNING GOD WAS GOING TO CALL YOU HOME, AND I NEVER KNEW HOW MUCH I WILL MISS YOU WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR YOU TO GO.
I NEVER REALIZED HOW MUCH MY HEART WOULD ACHE FROM THAT LITTLE PART YOU WOULD TAKE.
LIFE SEEMS TO BE SO DIFFERENT NOW THAT YOU ARE NOT HERE WITH ME, BUT I HOPE ONE DAY GOD LET US TO BE TOGETHER AGAIN.
I HAVE A BEATIFULL NECKLACE WITH A SPECIAL LITTLE BEAR THAT I WILL CARRY WITH ME FOREVER UNTIL OUR REUNION DAY.
I LOVE YOU BABY.
GOD BLESS YOU.

Sincere thoughts, prayers, and condolences to Monte’s family and friends especially Monte’s daughter Christy, his mother Mary, and his sister Stacy.
I knew Monte for many many years. We were good friends. He was always very helpful to me and my daughter Carrie. He always offered great advice.
Monte was compassionate, loving, kind, gentle, patient, and understanding. He had a great personality and a beautiful bright smile. He was so full of life that at times he seemed larger than life itself.
Monte trusted in and believed in Jesus, in God. Monte is in Heaven.
John Chapter 14, verses 1-4
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
“In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, *I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
“And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
As I remember Monte a song comes to mind. “When I hear the praises start” by Keith Green. Monte will be greatly missed. I consider myself fortunate to have known him. I look forward to seeing him again... in Heaven.

Monte was a great brother. He always watched out for his little sister and always offered me great advise when I asked him. He was a very smart man and had lots of things going for him. The good Lord above must of needed him because he left us way too early in life. I miss him dearly.
