To the family of Mindy. i've known her since she was born and am so distraught to learn of this. To Joseph my sincere regrets and to Marcia this is not how life is supposed to go. my sincere condolences. 58 is much too young. She had a beautiful soul and Marcia, her picture of her walking up the stairs still hangs in our dining room here in Sarasota.

Dear Richard, Emily and Danny:
I worked with Mindy at Sonnenschein. She was the person who first inspired me to entrepreneurship, and who introduced me to diversity training. Both of these turned out to be my career once I left the practice of law. I so admired her spunk, spirit, smarts and and sense of humor and sense of justice. I learned so much from her and have always considered her a mentor. At the time we worked together, I was a young mom with very young babies at home. I was so inspired by the love and pride with which she spoke of you and the way that, though she worked hard and was dedicated to what she did, she was so clearly a mom and wife first. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure you already know this, but I just wanted to add that she made a difference in the lives of so many people, including mine. I know her memory is for a blessing.

I knew Mindy in the late 70's /early 80's, when we both worked at Metro-Help, when she was in her early 20's. Mindy was wise, assertive, terribly bright and a person with a fine sense of justice. Although our paths did not often cross in the intervening years, I always remembered her and the great work she was doing. Zichronah l' vrachah --her memory will be a blessing to us all.

Dear Richard, Emily and Danny, Your wife/Mom was such a joy to know! I am so saddened to learn of her death. I have some great memories of Mindy that always bring a smile to my soul. Our neighborhood won't be the same without Mindy stopping by or slowing down in her car and telling one of her funny stories or jokes. My heart aches for all of you and everyone who knew and loved her. I am blessed to have known your dearest Mindy and will ALWAYS remember her with great fondness and joy. The sorrow and pain in your hearts I pray will lesson over time with all of your treasured memories of Mindy. She will be sorely missed! Her sense of humor must have Heaven in stitches! How lucky I am to have known someone who is so hard to say goodbye to. Blessings and hugs and hope to cope, Katie F. Bibbs
