Richards, 86, of New Windsor, New York, a waitress at the Tap Restaurant in Bronxville, New York, before her retirement, died at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh, New York, on Sunday, January 12, 2003. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 14, 2003, 6-9 p.m., at Coloni Funeral Home, Route 9 W, New Windsor, New York. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, January 15, 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph's Church, New Windsor. Interment will follow at Bronxville Cemetery.
