I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Mike during my years on the CPD, but he sounds like he was a wonderful guy from whom I could have learned a lot about the job. My sympathy and prayers go out to the family and friends who loved him and mourn his loss. May he rest peacefully for eternity in the embrace of the Lord.

This saddens me deeply, I was very fond of Mike as was my Father, they were partners for many years. Mike was good to my family and I when my father was dying of cancer. To Joyce and family please know that you have my most sincere and heart felt sympathy. I will always remember Mike as a good man , he was loved by all of us, especially my father and grandmother. He is in good company, drinking wine, laughing and eating a great bounty.
