Young Michael,
You should be so very proud of yourself. You did such a wonderful job as a young MAN AND SON. Lois is my very best friend and I could see the love in her eyes for such wonderful grandsons. May God be with you both. I will be praying for you and Dominick.

Michael was not only my nephew , he was like a brother to me. My memories of him were from our childhoods. I spent many weekends at his house babysitting for my nephew who was only 5 years younger than me. He was so animated and caring and fun. He was one of the most sensitive and caring males I have ever known. Handsome and humble his memory will always be imbedded in my mind. I will never forget our times together and the connection we shared. Many years passed by between us but not the deep and caring bond of knowing that we cared for each other. His pain was expressed to many and he was not the same mIchael anymore. I pray that he is at peace and he knows that he was loved and will be missed tremendously. Michael a part of me died with you sweet nephew and I wish I could have comforted you more and offered you hope in this lifetime. I wish you could have seen your worth and purpose on this earth. Suffer no more and rest in peace and until we meet again know that I loved you with my heart and soul. I could not be there but I lit my angel candle with the big girl and the little boy waliking on a path together. I saw you leave alone ahead of me and tears streamed down my face because in this world I will not see you again, but in my heart you will forever be in my heart and in my memories.

Love always,
Aunt Civilla

I am thinking of and praying for Michael and all of you, those whose love for him will live through time and place.

Sometimes, it helps to remember that just as we trust the airplane pilot who takes us from point A to B, we might feel some degree of peace or claim some understanding of these 'turbulent times' in our life, if we trust that God pilots our life in a similar way. God is the true pilot (so to speak) of our lives. He sees things that none of us does (just like an airplane pilot). And He navigates our 'ride' in ways that allow us to 'land safely,' no matter how short or long our journey.

Michael has landed safely. And he is home and will eternally feel peace and joy.

May you all feel the loving embrace of our Father, always -

Aunt Lois, Sharee, Lisa and Frankie,
I am so sorry for your loss, I know this will be so hard on you, his family. I also wish to give my respects to his sons Michael and Dominic, it is very hard to lose a father. May he finally find peace and love with God and his family in heaven to greet him. I am so sorry we cannot make it through the snow storm, but he will be remembered in my prayers.
