Chris & Michelle,

I was so sorry to hear about Ray. Virg got a hold of me on Sunday & told me that Ray had passed on St Pat's Day, also the same day that Robbie had. I know that they both will be bowling their butts off in heaven & looking down on all of us & smiling. I will miss Ray very much!!

Love,

Marie

Michele,

I am so deeply sorry on the loss of your father. I know how much he meant to you, and what this is doing to you. Let me tell you I feel honored to have met him working with you for six years. I'll never forget him walking in the door, always bringing us treats, and offering to get us food. Most importantly his love for animals that shines deeply through you. He will never be forgotten for he will always be in your heart. I love ya and I am always here for you! Jen

Father,

I really don't know where to start so I'm just going to talk. I want to begin by saying that I am going to miss you. We walked this earth for a long time, but together only a short while. I was really looking forward to your trip down here in a few weeks. I wanted to take you around and show you how much things have changed here since you left. Do the French Quarter, grab a po-boy at Hagan's, gamble at Harrah's, the lakefront, some boiled seafood at Bruning's. (People are probably wondering what I'm talking about, but you know and that's what counts) We had so much to catch up on. If you had half as many questions as I did, we had over a million together! The short time we spent together meant alot and now it means even more. I just wish we could have had more time. For years I carried you in the back of my mind, wondering. Now I'll carry you in my heart, knowing. I do have one thing to ask of you. Every time I set foot into a burning building if you will be by my side, watching over me to make sure I'll be okay.

Love,

Ray

I am not sure where to start as I can't hold back my tears long enough. Ray, I miss you so much, and never being able to see you again is tearing me apart. You were my BEST FRIEND and, my big BROTHER. I will try and remember all the great memories of our friendship, but it is too hard, knowing that you will never be around again to back them up and throw in your famous jokes. We have laughed, cried, bowled, dined, and worked together and always acting silly and doing silly things like winning a twist contest, just for the T-shirt. I know I have a lot of wonderful memories but your passing is tearing me up. Love you and miss you.
