Michael Olesky Obituary

Olesky Sr., Michael A. A father, a son, a brother and a friend. Big Mike overcame more obstacles in one lifetime than one should ever have to endure. His strength, honor, and determination helped mold his son, Michael Jr., into the man he has become today. Big Mike is survived by his mother, Patricia Moser Olesky; sister, Pamela Olesky Smith; brother-in-law, Malcolm Smith; son, Michael Jr.; daughter-in-law, Monica Krzysiak Olesky; and granddaughter, Olivia Olesky. Big Mike is certain to be greeted at those pearly gates by his father, Theodore "Bald" Olesky and his favorite Auntie, "Babe" Schrock. He will be greatly missed, cherished, and remembered by those that love him most. No more pain. No more suffering. Peaceful at last. Memorial visitation Saturday, August 2, 2014 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave. (2 miles west of 79th & Harlem), Justice, Illinois 60458. I'm glad I was able to talk to Big Mike recently, though, I wish we talked more. I will always remember camping in the frontroom with our pillow people , watching pay per view wrestling! I will also remember how cool those model cars were! Gone but never forgotten, rest in peace, watch over everyone til we meet again!
