It's not December 14, 2011 that I will remember as much as I will December 8, 2011. It was the last time I got to see you! I was able to have one last cup of coffee with you, take a picture of you and listen to you tell me that it would not be long until you were with Mom again because she had been coming to see you! Those words and that moment will stay with me forever! I couldn't even bring myself to write this to you on Saturday because it was so vivid in my mind and a sad day for me. I remember putting you back into your chair and telling you to go to sleep and take a nap because it was a long night for you. Little did I know that it would be the last time I spoke those words. I miss you terribly, I miss your incredible sense of humor and your contagious laugh! I miss our lunches together and watching our sports! I love you dad! I am everything today because of you and mom!
I love you!

To the Entire O'Conner family,
I was so blessed to have meet Mike a few years ago. I wished everyone I met in life was as nice and thoughtful as he was. He always had a smile on his face an always asked how everything was going in the town I lived in. He was like my own family. He LOVED each one of you so much and would talk about how proud he was of his children and grandchilden. I will never forget this "Special" man who came into my life for a short time and left an imprint on my soul forever. He is now at peace and his memory will live on in each one of you. Keep the faith for one day you will be together again.
