John Trulick Obituary

John Edward Trulick
John Edward Trulick, 88, of Cowansville died Saturday at Geidel's Personal Care Home.
Born June 4, 1921, in Washington Township, Armstrong County, he was the son of Lawrence Trulick and Millie (Mellish) Trulick.
A lifelong resident of the Cowansville area, he was a retired coal miner and loved farming.
Mr. Trulick was a past member of the Cowansville American Legion Post 325 and the Kittanning Eagles.
Surviving are three sisters-in-law, Geraldine Trulick of Sharon, Florence Trulick of Bradford and Jean Trulick of Kittanning; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by six brothers, Rudolph, Joseph, Lawrence, Paul, Donald and William Trulick; and six sisters, Mary Hays, Millie Ulisky, Nuba McMillen, Olga Scripps, Ann Costanza and Margaret Sadler.
He was the last surviving member of 13 children and made his home at his parents' farm in Sherrett.
TRULICK - Friends of John Edward Trulick, who died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Cowansville. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Father Daniel Blout as celebrant. Interment will be at the St. Patrick Cemetery, Sugarcreek Township.
