My mom advised me this week that Mike had passed on and she attended the wake. So sorry to hear about your loss. Mike was a true and loyal friend. I thought about him often and only regret I wasn't able to tell him before he died how much I valued his friendship in our grade school, high school and college years.

My dad was a carpenter and construction superintendent and he loved Mike. They loved to talk construction. I am comforted by the fact they are up in heaven now trading stories.

Dear Mike,

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend the wake, but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You have my deepest sympathy.

Sincerely,
