Mike was a man full of life. He always had such a positive vibe and I loved being around him. He was an inspiration to me. He always made it a point to stop in my office to give a huge hug and ask how my family was. He constantly talked about his 3 children..especially taking his son to look at colleges. I will miss him and his love of life. My deepest condolences to the Harper family and all the lives that he touched.

My wife and daughters have prayed each evening for you, the Harper family, since hearing of Mike last week. Getting to know Mike through our work between Kellogg's and Strive/Menasha was a pleasure. I feel as if even though we haven't met I know your family because the four of you were his main topic of conversation when we sat next to each other at business meals in Kalamazoo or downtown Chicago. I cannot imagine the grief you are experiencing in losing him so we will continue to pray the Lord provides comfort to you through his Spirit.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I got to know Mike through my work at PepsiCo as a result of projects I've done with Strive/Menasha. He was just such a dynamic person and a thoughtful and friendly person as well. Before work got started he always took the time to ask about my family and share his family stories as well. I am so saddened to hear about his passing. I wish you strength and peace at this difficult time.

Words cannot describe how saddened I am to have lost my friend & mentor. He was truly an inspiration for me in my career, but most of all, a wonderful friend. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to know Mike, and I will never forget our time together.

Mike - I know you're looking down on us all and will help guide us through life like you always have, and I hope you're still singing your goofy tunes up in heaven.
