Harder, Michael A. Age 67, of Round Lake Beach, IL, beloved husband for 38 years to Suzanna (nee Portillo); loving father of Brenden (Drew), Ryan (Holly), Tiffany and Matthew (Leslie); cherished grandfather of Leon, Nolan and Isla; dear brother of Larry (Carol) Harder, Barb (Joe) Spillman, David (Kelly) Harder, Susan (Ellis) Wright, Rosemary Harder, Cynthia (Jeff) Lewis and the late John Harder; fond son-in-law of Elvira Portillo; dearest brother-in-law of Victor (Sharon) Portillo; much loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Michael taught 4th grade at Gavin Central in Ingleside, IL for 15 years. Prior to teaching, he was a machinist at U.S. Tsubaki for 20 years. Michael was a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and served as a pastor in various ministries. Visitation Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Moraine Valley Church, 6300 W. 127th St., Palos Heights, IL 60463 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 12:00 noon. Burial private.
