Mike,

I had lunch with Neil Carey today and, among other things, we talked about our memories of Newman Hall way back when. Ironically, and sadly, as I went to bed on the night of the very same day, I read of your dad's passing into the next phase of his eternal life with our Lord.

I will pray for your dad and your mom, for you and Carol, for the kids, and for the entire Haas family. I never got the chance to meet your dad, but I am sure that he was, and remains, a wonderful man; he and your mom produced you, and that's evidence enough for me of their inherent goodness.

Take care, my friend, and Godspeed to your father on this leg of his journey.

Dear Tommy and Family, I didn't know your Dad that well but knew your Grandparents. I will always remember your Grandmother when she spoke about him she would say in her German accent "Ya the Mike was a great son,"which I know he was. I know he was a great father and friend to many God Bless you and you family. Frank Kloiber Twin Lakes Wi
