Goodstein, Michael 59, of Deerfield, beloved husband of 24 years to Robin, loving father of Jenny and Cara, devoted brother of the late Melvin and cherished son-in- law, uncle, brother-in-law and friend. Funeral service Wednesday, 11 a.m., at The Weinstein Family Services Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd. (one block north or Old Orchard). Interment Shalom Memorial Park. I am one of Dr. Goodsteins students from Moraine Valley. I am deeply sorry for your loss. He was a great man and will sorely be missed. He was one of my all time favorite teachers and just an all around wonderful man. His attitude towards things was inspiring to me. I will really miss stopping by his office for a chat. He always had the best advice. The world will seem a little less bright now that he is no longer in it. I am really going to miss him and I express my deepest condolences to all that knew him. He truly was a wonderful person that will be missed immensely. Sincerely,
