Dear Debbie & Family,

I was so shocked when my Mom (on Kolmar Ave. in Chicago) told me the devastating news about your boys. Although, we haven't kept in touch since we were neighbors, I wanted to extend my sincere sympathies to you and your family during this sad time in your lives. There is no way we can comprehend your recent tragedy, and we know it has left you searching for answers that might be difficult to ever find. Please know that in your darkest hour, your pain touches all of us and we mourn your loss as if it were our own. May God be with you and your family.

Gibbons family,

It broke my heart to read about your sons in the paper. We don't know eachother, but I felt compelled to tell you how sorry I am for your losses. I have children, and it truly saddens me to think of how you must be suffering. God bless your family and may he keep you in his care.
