Brian Gallagher
January 5, 2007
I just returned from the funeral and internment and can report to all who wish they could have attended that Uncle Mike got a great sendoff. His family and many friends gathered to celebrate his life. The music was beautiful, including a bagpipe, the scripture was poignant and well read.
I will always remember and be inspired by the grace with which he lived, never worrying about what he couldn't do, always focused on what he could achieve.
God bless you Uncle Mike, and all the best to your beautiful family.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. Gallagher. I went to school with Terri in Chicago at Oriole Park and remember Mr. Gallagher working in the plants and telling us kids to "stay off the grass!" I will keep Mr. Gallagher in my prayers as well as the Gallagher family, God bless!
