Carson, Mel December 25, 2005, age 76, late of Homewood. Beloved husband of the late Joan L. (nee McArthur), dear father of Carol Bannon of Homewood and the late William Carson, cherished grandfather of Bobby Bannon of Homewood, loving brother of the late Edwin Carson. Retired Building Contractor. Resting at the Tews Funeral Home, 18230 S. Dixie Hwy., Homewood, Thursday, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Friday, 11 a.m., Rev. James F. Kramer officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Chicago, IL. In accord with Mr. Carson's personal request, please omit flowers and or donations. 708-798-5300.

I have just read your Dad's obituary,I travel alot in my nursing, but God had been putting you on my mind lately. I am so sorry for your loss. Papa passed 10 years ago, still miss him.
