I watched Meagan grow up in the pool, beginning at Foxwood Apartments in Clifton Park New York. She had so much energy and loved to swim and play in the water. What a beautiful young girl. Then, I had the chance to teach her lifegaurding and coach her on the swim team at Shen. What a gorgeous woman she became. So full of smiles and laughter. It makes me very sad to hear of her passing. Although, I never had the chance to meet her husband or children, I do remember her father and brother from Foxwood. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. I am so sorry.

Meagan will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. We met in elementary school and she was so much fun even back then. She was one of the kindest and happiest people. There aren't many people in this world like her. My deepest sympathies to her family.

Meagan was a beautiful person. I have so many memories of wonderful times with her, from summer swim team practices in junior high to an amazing road trip in Colorado when she told me about meeting Bobby. Her free spirit could light up a room and to know her was to love her.

It is with the greatest sadness that I send my sympathy to McDonough and Sullivan families. I have few memories from my days at Shenendehowa that don't involve Meagan. At this very difficult time please know that thoughts of her bring a smile to my face. She was one of the most sincere people I have known who had nothing but love for her children, husband, family, and friends. We are all so lucky to have had her in our lives.

I remember when Meagan was born. Terri and I were so mad at her parents. All we thought about was how we were going to be stuck babysitting this kid all the time. But then she came home and we fell in love with the bright eyed little girl. Off they were to Connecticut and I only would see her here and there. She was a beautiful person inside and out and as we got older she too became my friend and was not only Terri's little sister but a part of my life. I watched her raise 3 great kids and have a wonderful husband. She loved her family very much. Her energy and devotion was something to see. Her smile lit up the world around her. I will be sad for not only her family and friends but for those who did not have a chance to experience a moment of Meagan. They truly missed alot.
