Mary Winblad Obituary

Winblad, Mary Ellen Age 90, of Homer Glen, IL, devoted daughter of the late Henry E. (Anna, nee Guerin); cherished sister of Joseph H. (Susan) Winblad; fond relative of Michael A. (Kimberly) Winblad; fondly remembered by Kamie, Bob, and Ted; also John Winblad and Sue Ellen Downard (nee Winblad). She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mary Ellen graduated from Mundelein College, taught for 40 years as a teacher, librarian, and counselor in C.P.S. Mary Ellen was an active member of Holy Redeemer, Our Mother of Good Council, and also a lector at Our Lady of the Angels, Marian Village. Visitation Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, Marian Village, 15624 Marian Drive, Homer Glen, IL 60491, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
