Mary Lu Sweeney (nee Sweeney) age 79, passed away peacefully on August 8th. Beloved Wife of the late Theodore "Ted" Sweeney. Loving Mother of Brian (Mary) Sweeney, Steve (Loralie) Sweeney, Karen (Michael) Malone, Amy Luckett, and Jeanne (Barry) Trenholm. Dear Nana of 15 and great-grandmother of 2. Fond Sister of Msgr. Robert J. Sweeney. Visitation Tuesday August 13th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Donnellan Funeral Home 10525 S. Western Ave, Chicago.
