Tony, Joan and family-- I am so sad. I enjoyed seeing Mary from time to time and always enjoyed her gracious personality and sly sense of humor. I loved speaking French with her. My deepest condolences for this terrible and premature loss.

Condolences to Mary's family, friends and the dance community. I lost a friend, a dance partner and a beautiful smile. It just happened that I had the opportunity and the pleasure of taking a portrait of Mary on April 11, 2015. I am uploading this photo in remembrance of Mary Roback.

I will always remember Mary for her great smile and gentle ways! It was a pleasure to be around her and catch up on things. I knew Mary as my daughter Laura's great friend since they were together at Resurrection High School. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. May God's love surround you and give you peace and consolation.

I always enjoyed seeing Mary at Old St. Pat's. She was a regular at the 11:15 a.m. Mass. Instead of lamenting her diagnosis and arduous treatments, Mary talked about how her Dad and others were taking such good care of her. Rest in peace my friend.

My condolences to the family. I had lost touch with Mary after she moved back to Chicago, but during our time at Norton Company we enjoyed working together. I will make a donation in her name to the Pan Mass Challenge, which is an annual charity bike ride to raise funds to fight cancer that my boys ride in every year.
