(nee Gongola), WWII US WAAC Veteran, loving wife of 60 years to Martin V., dearest sister of Joseph, the late Stanley (late Annamae), and the late Walter, cherished aunt, cousin and friend of many. Funeral Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. from Wolniak Funeral Home, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Louis de Montfort Church (Oak Lawn) for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday and Tuesday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. 773-767-4500.

Ryan and I are so sorry to hear about Mary. We know how much you loved her and always helped her. We are blessed to have know her for so many years. She was a good friend to many and she will be missed.
