Gonzalez, Mary age 91, of Lombard, IL, formerly of Elmhurst, IL and Chicago, IL. Peacefully passed away, Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Lexington Health Care of Lombard. Born October 20, 1918 in Mexico. Beloved mother of the late Frances (John) Byrne of Naperville, IL, cherished grandmother of Amy Byrne of Aurora, IL and Chris Byrne of Warrenville, IL, great-grandmother of Joseph Byrne of Villa Park, IL, dearest sister of Bertha and Mario, preceded in death by her daughter, and sibilings, Frank, Alfont, Jesse, Ricarda, Rudy, Herbie, Eva, Cora, Pat, and Carmen. Mary was a dedicated employee for the Carta Blanca and Alcapulco Restaurants of Chicago for 50 years. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Good Shepard Manor, 4129 Illinois 17, Momence, IL 60954. Visitation Thursday, October 14th 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL 60540. Funeral Service Thursday, October 14th at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
