Gabler, Mary F. "Frannie" (nee Higgins), age 78, late of Chicago, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009, dearest daughter of late John and late Bridget "Sis" Higgins (nee Creaby-Malloy), cherished wife of late Ed Gabler and late John Donegan, loving mother of Bonnie Oros, late Jack Donegan, and Tom Donegan, beloved sister of Theresa Collins, late Noreen Manow, Rita Martin, late John Higgins, Barbara (Denis) Fahey, Joan (Ed) Riordan, and devoted grandmother of Russ (Natalie) Oros, John Oros, Tom Donegan, Theresa Donegan, and Tim Donegan, proud great-grandmother of Baby Russ Oros, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. from the Edgar Funeral Home, 10900 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Lawn to St. Terrence Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. with Rev. Edward J. Barrett, Pastor officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation Monday, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. 708-423-1600 or 773-723-0876.

We love you Aunt Frannie. You helped us more than you could have known. We are now a family again since you encouraged Eddie to come to Tucson. It was the best thing that happened for him. Thank you and we will miss you. Love Lori and Eddie Manow.
