I remember Mary Rita from LF parish and from Irish dancing with Jerry O'Loughlin. She was 3 or 4 years older than I. I looked up to her and she made Irish dancing a lot of fun. I didn't see her after 1962 because my family moved to Mt Greenwood. She was great! RIP.

Dear Uncle Mike, Sean & Michael and families, I am so very sorry about your Mom and sorry that I could not be there in person (due to Covid) to offer my condolences and share with you what your Mom meant to me. Sending virtual hugs and love to all of you. I believe in the "Gift of Time" where you make the best memories to cherish. Your Mom had a heart of gold and love to spoil all of us with material things, as you know all so well, quite a shopper. But I do not value material things, I value the priceless memories. Your Mom created so many good memories as we were growing up that I will always cherish. I thought you boys were so lucky because your Mom rented the "Bus of Fun" to have your Birthday Parties on. I felt so fortunate when she took us to "Bozo Circus "and Tommy was picked to play the spoon game. We would have never had the experiences of going to "Old Chicago" and "Great America" if it were not for her, because our Mom didn't drive expressways. Besides all those fun adventures, If it were not for her, I would never have pierced ears. She bought me earrings and stood up to her brother & told him that she was taking me to have my ears pierced. I was thrilled because I was the only one out of my friends that did not have earrings and prior to that he would not allow that. She was a special person to me that was why I chose her to be my Confirmation Sponsor. I could go on with lots more memories, but I want to leave space for others to write. You guys are in my heart and I hope that you find comfort and healing as you cherish all the great memories you have with her. Love ya, Tammy & Dave

Our dear friend is not lost,
Nor has she travelled far,
Just headed home before us,
And left the door ajar.
