I was not aware of Mary Ann's death until I received a recent Gas Company newspaper. I was extremely saddened by her passing.
Mary Ann and I did not always agree on things but I believe we had mutual respect for each other.
She was unique in her work ethic. I vividly remember her calling me back from home when I left her a message at work and she was off sick. I was really impressed by that and let her know that.
She was a rare person and will be missed by many.
Rest in Peace, Mar

Mary Ann was a robust person who had an enthusiast zest for life. She loved her family, and was a great aunt. At work Mary Ann was well informed, cooperative and always willing to help. Be comforted in knowing that she is now helping the angels up in heaven. Mary Ann will be missed!!

My dear Mary Ann you fought the fight and never gave in. You heard your Lord calling and when he opened his arms you went with grace and dignity having lived a life of generosity. Your smile brightened everyone you met. I will miss you my dear friend. I am happy to know your long suffering is over and you are met at the gates by your dear and loving parents. Our friendship goes back to the beginning at Peoples Gas in the Data Entry Department. 37years is a long time to know someone. You were the best friend a girl could have. I will miss you dearly. My love and sympathies to the family. I will never forget you.

Mary Ann was close friends with my Father who retired in 93. When I started with Peoples in 95 Mary Ann was always in my thoughts dew to her good looks and wonderful personality. I saw Mary Ann just days after my fathers Death in June 04 she was doing well. It seems like just yesterday that she came up with the idea of the title of our Company paper PECconnection. I was so sorry to here of her loss.

There is not picture where Mary Ann was not smiling, and that's how she welcomed everyone as a friend. In my years at Peoples Gas I always admired her warm personality from the very beginning. She always treated friends, employees, and external customers with respect.
I am thrilled just knowing that she was received with opened arms in heaven.
God bless all your family dear friend. We will always miss you, so long Mary Ann.
