Beloved wife of the late Jack; loving mother of Colleen; devoted daughter of the late Lloyd and the late Lucille Guilfoyle; dear sister of the late Bill and Betty Ann (the late Richard) Scudieri; fond aunt and godmother of many. Visitation will be held on Tuesday; January 7th at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544W. 31st Street (Chicago) from 2:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Wednesday Chapel Prayers at the Funeral Home 9:30 A.M. followed by procession to Nativity of Our Lord Church 653 W. 37th St. (Chicago) for Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 A.M. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Dear Colleen and Betty Ann ,
So very sorry to learn of the loss of your Ma/Sister .
So many memories of MaryLou , her Ma , Aunt lou , Uncle Loyd ( my godfather ) , Billy ,Betty Ann and your families along with my family when we were kids and could see each other regularly .
Mary Lou , Jack and Colleens home across from Mark White park along with the blasting whistle at the quarry just north bring back great memories for me .
Distance and time have made our family association more difficult , imagining how it may have been when our peoples left Ireland and came here , so far from family .
Please know that distance has not had a detrimental effect on my heart .
Life on this earth is short and with joy I can look forward to a great reunion in a short time .

Mary Lou was ever kind to me from the time I was very young until my mother retired from Armour school. We saw each other infrequently after that time. She always had a smile and a good bit of cheer to share. May Mary Lou enjoy her rest and may she have time to pray for us until we are all together again.
