Jan,
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot bear.
During this time of bereavement and sadness I want you, your siblings, and your mother's family to know that I, and my church, are praying for you and thinking of you.
Although the rain may seem intense and sorrowful now, remember that a beautiful rainbow will follow. May God's grace and love comfort you during this time and beyond.

Although I didn't know your mother,
my prayers are with her today. God
Bless.
