I will always remember the notes we exchanged each Spring, prompted by our discussion of Skidmore's annual fund drive.
Janie would tell me about her beautiful roses that she loved and I would tell her about the deer that were eating my tulips. Our notes were friendly and fun. May God comfort her grieving family. With sorrow and deep sympathy,
