Dear Shirlee and family,
Sheila and I are deeply saddened and send our sincerest condolences on your loss of Marvin. He was was a very influential mentor to me; I often think of Marvin and credit him for methods I use to deal with difficult situations, at which he was the master. I'm sure that he's now making deals at a higher level.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Marv. He was a great guy. Got my start in commercial real estate working for Marv and Gene. Truly enjoyed working for him. Lots of fond memories. Met my wife at Romanek - Golub. Will never forget the story they told about how, in their early days, when in their first meeting trying to impress a large New York lender,the lender's secretary introduced them as "Mr. Romantic and Mr. Gullible."

Your dad was so wonderful to me during orientation at IC. Hope you and yours are doing well. My father was 85 when he passed in 2005, but my mom is still going strong. I can still be reached at the same old place.
Sorry I missed the notice. He passed on my 56th birthday.
