Dear Kay and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Marty. I just talked to him a few days before Christmas, and he sounded so good, and was in great spirits. I feel so sad that I will never be able to talk to him again. I have such great memories of him in the 22nd District. He was so funny, and always kept us laughing. I am glad that I was able to be a part of one of the happiest times of your lives, the arrival of Daniel. He was a great dad, and so proud of his kids, and his grand-son!
I know that all your wonderful memories will comfort you during this sad time. He will surely be missed by your family, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Sincerely,
Gladis Young

Kay and Ryan family.
Nothing but goods thought about Marty and the Ryan clan. Knowing the Ryan's growing made me a better person.Maybe too much of a sports nut, but never in comparison to any one of the Ryan boys. It did always drive me crazy how much a big Packer fan Marty was. I do remember that any spoting event we went to you could always depend on Marty to give the Umps or Refs as much grief as possible. He was a true fan of life. Good thoughts and prayers to the Ryan family. Jerry Napleton
