Mom, it's going to be four months on Friday and my birthday on Saturday. As you can imagine, this breaks my heart. I will miss hearing my "birth story" and the most definitely the "reenactment." But most of all, I just miss you. Not a second goes by that I don't think of you or want to share an inane detail of my life with you. I live for the nights I dream of you and for the day we are together again. Thank you for loving me the way you do and thank you for being the best mom in the world (still and always). I love you to the moon, back, and all around.

Tom and Sylvia - I am so sadden and sorry to hear about Martie. I use to work with her In the TP office until I moved 18 months ago. I went to a couple of the Double Dawg concerts and She was the first person to come up and talk to me when I started there 4 years ago. I am truly blessed to have known her and I just cant say again how sorry I am. May the strength of your family and friends get you through this time. Martie is definitely a wonderful soul!

My heart is broken, just like so many that knew you. I miss our daily talks, your sense of humor, the way you always were there for me to laugh, cry, or just listen. We considered each other like sisters, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you, Tom & Sylvia. I hope I can be as great as a friend & mom as you were.

Martie, Tom, and Sylvia live right across the street from us and she was always so very kind to me and my daughter..She loved passing out candy to the kids at Halloween. We will miss her smiling face and her laugh. She always made us feel that we were special.

I met Martie when she helped my husband and I buy our house in late 2006. What a wonderful person she was--we felt we really lucked out having such a spirited, optimistic and joyful person to help us through the process. We are very saddened to hear of her passing and are keeping her family in our thoughts and prayers.

Martie's spirit for life was and will always be inspiring. Her generosity
and grace were so evident in her life and shared through Tom and Sylvia at her recent services. She truly understood the meaning of family and friendship and I will treasure her memory, always.

I am so grateful to have had the pleasure and opportunity to meet and become friends with such a wonderful women. It was under unfortunate terms that we met. I would check in for her appts when she came in for a md appts. She always had a smile on her face. She never complained. If I was not at the desk she would have someone call me and let me know she was here. If she made Lemon Bars(which were my favorite) she would definitely make sure that I received some. I am truly going to miss her.
However, knowing the type of woman she was, she would not want to be here not able to do the things she loved. Which was giving to others and shopping(another thing she and I had in common). My prayers and thoughts go to out to Tom and Sylvia whom also had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know.
