Martha Bufkin Obituary

To the family of Martha Bufkin, My family was the ones that found her on the morning of July 27,2009.. We were on our way up the Natchez Trace Parkway and I had several points of interest I wanted to see.. Just so happened that the Reservoir Overlook just happened to be one I wanted to stop and see... Little did I know that my family was drawn to the overlook by GOD himself !!! I truly believe GOD intended for me and my family to find your loved one , not just to be there for the recognition but by devine intervention !!! I am sorry for your loss and I am sorry the loss had to be the way it happened... I know your Mother, Sister, and Friend will be GREATLY MISSED , Again I am saddened and deeply sorry for your loss May GODs abounding love and blessings be upon you during this time of loss and I extend to you from my family our love and prayers to you

Your mother will be truly missed at MWG. Her passing has affected us all at work and it will not be the same with out her there to greet us as we come into the building each day. She has left a memorable impression on us all. The footprints she left behind were such a blessing from god. She will never be forgotten. We all will meet again on that glorious day in Heaven...

Your mother was a beautiful lady with a tender heart. She will be missed by all of her church family.

She will be sorely missed. She was always smiling and so willing to help others less fortunate than herself. Her greatest joy in her life was her girls. She was so very proud of them both.

It saddens me greatly to learn of Sharlene`s passing. I will always remember her smile and friendly hello everytime I would go to MWG to pick up my husband for lunch.
She wrote the most loving and touching letter to Ed and I after our son left this world in Feb 2008. Her words of comfort will always remain in my heart .

Your Mother was a sweet and kind lady who touched many lives over the years and she will be missed by many. Sharline was especially blessed with a beautiful vocal ability and I truly believe that she is singing with the angels in Heaven's choir.

I was so glad to know your mother! Mrs. Sharline was a wonderful, caring woman with a loving heart. I will miss seeing Mrs. Sharline everyday at work and will miss her daily phone calls to get the mail. Mrs. Sharline was a great listener. Any time i wanted to talk about something, your mom was there to hear. Every time I talked to your mother, the topic of the conversation was you two! Your mother loved you two so much and was so proud of the both of you! Mrs. Sharline you will be greatly missed! My prayers are with your family.

I had the honor of working with your mom and she was a blessing to me as well as others. Ms. Sharline will be missed at Morgan White. My prayers are with her daughters during this time.

Your mom was an amazing person who loved the Lord. She always had words of encouragement when you needed them and they always came with a hug. I feel so blessed to have had the privilege to know her and call her friend. Her sweet smile will truly be missed at Liberty Baptist. You both are in my thoughts & prayers.

Your mother always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. I always loved to hear her sing. She was a blessing to all that knew her. I will truly miss her at Liberty.

Dear Jessica and Amy,

Your mom was loved by her co-workers and church family. She was one of the first MWG employees to make me feel welcomed by inviting me to lunch. She called me friend. Even at church (Liberty Baptist Church) she would greet my family with a hug and a smile. She was loved by many. We will continue to lift you up in prayer.

I just want to say your mother will truly be missed here at MorganWhite Group. She was a blessing to be around. Her smile just lit up a room. I am so glad God gave me the opportunity to have her in my life! I know it will be hard for each of you as you grieve the loss of your mom. But please know, she has touched many lives and will be in our hearts forever!

Amy and Jessica, so sorry to hear about Sharline. Knew your Mom from many years ago at Concord Baptist Church in Yazoo County, MS (Amy you were just a toddler). Memories of her beautiful smile as she sang will be cherished forever. You will be in our prayers. God Bless You!

Sharline always had a smile on her face. She was the first person we would see walking in the door at work and the last person to see when we were going home. It was refreshing to have such a sweet smile! She was also a walking testimony to God! Sharline was loved by ALL of us at MWG. We will truly miss her!! Please know that all of you are in my prayers. I pray that God will hold you in His loving arms. I know that she will be waiting for me in heaven with that same wonderful smile on her face!!
