Wasserman, Marilyn (nee Purvin), age 76, beloved wife of the late Abraham "Al", loving mother and best friend of Eileen (the late Michael) Valfer, Michael Wasserman and Donna Heller, devoted "Bubbe" of Tamara (Steven) Roth, Benjamin and Rachel Heller, Jackie Rose and Carly Valfer, Hannah and Ailish Wasserman, dear sister of the late Morton (Joanne) Purvin, cherished sister-in-law of the late Irving (Freda) Wasserman, fond mother-in-law of Shawn Clinkunbroomer and the late Steven Heller, fond aunt of Sharyl, Gary, Matthew and Daniel Robin, Andrew, Jill, Hunter and Miles Purvin, devoted daughter of the late Jacob and Rose Purvin, lovingly cared for by her trusted caregivers-Oksana, Tonya and Leeann. Service Friday, December 14, 2007, 11 a.m., at Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
