Dear Alan and Jill, Mike and I join our children, Michael and Marcy, in sending our sincere condolances to you. Marilyn was a dear friend since high school. It was wonderful to visit the suburbs of Chicago once in a while and know that you were there to see us and offer us hospitality and love.
