Maria Robles Obituary

Maria, Lena, was one of my childhood best friends. It is impossible to believe she is gone 15 years already. Taken way way way too soon but still and forever in our hearts and memories. Lena, I miss you and wish our friendship had continued for many more years. Isabel, Elva, Susie, David and Danny.....I remember you all so fondly and hope the years have lessened the pain but know she remains forever in your hearts as well! With love...Sari Mintz

The years have passed so quickly, yet I still remember her so clearly. I hope time has lessened the pain and increased the love.

I am very sadden to hear of Elenas' passing. She was a wonderful and beautiful lady. Her tango was her passion, and we all know how

much she loved it. Her teachings will always be with me. She always

knew what to say and how to make us all better tango dancers.

The tango world will miss her very very much.

I am deeply saddened to read this notice. I have known Lena for 35 years. Though I rarely saw her, I always felt that she was an integral part of the people that I have known that makes this city my home. I wish you all well.
