Ah, Maria! What a special, devoted friend. What a loss to us all who loved her dearly. I will never forget the fun Maria & I had in school & working with her at Homemakers. How could you forget her laugh! When I think of her, that smile & hearing her laugh are always vivid in my mind. My deepest condolences to her family. Sherry Gracia

Maria's Mom (Phyllis) and I shared many tales about our two daughters. My daughter Theresa's middle name is Marie, so there is a bond there that way too. I have earrings that Maria made for me one Christmas, white silvery stars and delicate green beads. I cherish them. Phyllis used to tell me how much she and Maria enjoyed the Spanish soap operas. I remember Maria as a ray of sunshine who brightened every one's day.

between Maria and Lisa I have a LOT of memories that I look back on all the time and will continue to do so until its my time to join them. she was always a fun person to be around and we were always laughing. I enjoyed working with her, living with her, cleaning for her, and having her as a friend and part of my family. this is real hard for me becouse the 3 of us used to do things together all the time and now I'm the only one left. I know I'll see them both again one day, and I know the distance made it hard for us to be in touch like I would have liked, but you will always be in my heart Mar... miss you and love you.
