Marguerite Sawyer Lambert went home to be with the Lord
Friday, October 25 at the age of 98. She was a native of Frisco City in Monroe County, Alabama. Resided in Loxley, Alabama.
Mrs. Lambert was preceded in death by her parents Everett and Maggie Sawyer, her husband Charlie C. Lambert, four brothers and three sisters, sons, Dr. Ken Lambert and Eddie Lambert, grandson, Greg Jetten, son-in-law, Rev. Jim Spencer, Survivors include; two daughters Gloria Spencer and Carole (Frits) Jetten, eight grandchildren, Michelle Miskelley (Robert, deceased), Jimmy Spencer (Gretta), Ryan Jetten, Jason Jetten (Sabrina), Toshia Lambert, Cory Lambert, Danielle Freeman (Darrell) Will Lambert (Skyler) Mary Bartram daughter-in-law, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Marguerite was a Godly woman, always active and serving in her church. Her family and friends were taught by example to put God first in their lives. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pilots for Christ, P.O. Box 707, Monroeville, AL 36461. Donations may also be made online.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 2pm. The family will receive friends from 1pm until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
